DERMATOPATHOLOGY

The dermatopathologists at Associated Skin Care Specialists are committed to working closely with dermatologists to provide the most accurate diagnosis for our patients.  Respected leaders in their field, they provide our patients peace of mind that their diagnosis is accurate which is the first step to safe and effective treatment.

We are fortunate at Associated Skin Care Specialists to have a group of in-house, dedicated experts in dermatopathology that specialize in skin diseases, including skin cancers, immunologic conditions, infections, alopecia and pediatric conditions. Our group consists of three dermatology-trained and one pathology-trained dermatopathologists, all board certified. The onsite processing lab is located at our main office in Fridley, ensuring fast turn around times for skin biopsies and allowing direct communication between those physicians interacting with the patients and obtaining skin biopsies and the physicians who are aiding diagnosis at the microscopic level.
