Patient Account Representative

We are seeking a Medical Biller to support our Business Office. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.


Provide technical, clerical and customer service support for the business office. Duties include but not limited to: registering new patients, coding Dx on charge tickets, insurance claims, refunds, insurance carriers’ inquiries, collection calls, data entry and monthly aging reports. Assist with other responsibilities assigned by the Business Office Supervisor.


  • High School diploma required.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in medical business office including billing, collections, posting payments, etc.


  • Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT and physician billing, claims/HCFA’s, and registration/demographic requirements.
  • Knowledgeable in health insurance identification and verification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of customer service and professionalism required.
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills required.

Histology Technician

We are seeking a Dermatopathology Histology Technician . This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week, generally from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.


Prepare dermatology specimens histologically for microscopic evaluation by the dermatopathologists. Performs grossing of histology samples, processing samples, embedding, and special staining. Assists pathologists and lab supervisor with daily laboratory functions such as maintaining and set up chemicals and filling out quality assurance forms for equipment and procedures according to CLIA regulations.



  • Associate’s Degree.
  • HT or HTL certified.


  • 2-4 years of dermatopathology experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be familiar with routine histology protocols.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with lab supervisor, physicians, and staff.
