Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: Call us at (763) 571-4000 to make an appointment for all locations. If there is a location that you would prefer or desire please specify the location when scheduling your appointment. We will ask that you describe the reason for your visit so we can schedule you with the appropriate dermatologist and for the adequate amount of time. It is important to note that not all procedures are performed at all locations.

Q: What if I cannot make my appointment?
A: If you are unable to make your appointment, please call 763-571-4000 as soon as possible to cancel and for rescheduling your appointment.

Q: How do I get to your office? & Do all of the offices offer all services?
A: For the locations of each office, please visit our locations page.  PLEASE NOTE! Not all services are offered at each office.  Make sure you know your physician so you can be sure to schedule your visit in the right place.

Q: What do I need to bring for my appointment?
A: For your appointment, you will need to bring your picture ID, insurance card, and insurance co-payment.

Q: May I fill out my registration forms before I come for my visit?
A: Yes, please visit our registration page to get copies of our forms before you arrive to our office.
