Clinical Research Coordinator

Minnesota Clinical Study Center, in Fridley, Minnesota, has a full-time opening for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator. We are an established dermatology clinical research outpatient center.

Responsibilities include coordinating participant visits, CRF and/or eCRF data entry. Applicant must follow assigned protocol and documentation requirements as well as oversee subject visits and progress throughout the study. Ability to prioritize projects and work efficiently in a fast paced clinic environment is essential. Some travel is required to attend investigator meetings.

Qualifications:
-Dermatology experience preferred
-Good computer skills
-Phlebotomy experience
-Current RN, LPN or CMA licensure
-Current CPR certification
-CRC certification and medical training preferred
-Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Medical Receptionist

Receptionist Opening

Location: Eden Prairie Clinic
Hours: Full time
Monday – Friday: 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, and filing of medical records. The successful candidate must possess good verbal communication and organizational skills, be detail oriented and efficiently handle a multi-line switchboard.

Medical Support Staff (CMA-LPN-CST)

Associated Skin Care Specialists, a growing dermatology practice is currently hiring for two full time Medical Support Staff positions. One is a float position at our Coon Rapids clinic and one will be working at both the Eden Prairie and Fridley clinics.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, assist and anticipate the needs of the physician, documentation, patient education, perform various telephone duties as needed, maintain equipment quality control, and comply with safety standards per CLIA policies. Clean and sterilize instruments, make biopsy packs and wrap towels as needed.

Qualifications:
• Must have current CMA, LPN, or CST licensure
• Must have current CPR certification
• Dermatology and/or surgical experience preferred
• A high level of customer service and professionalism is required.
