Job OpportunitiesCMA, LPN, CST | Associated Skin Care Specialist, P.A., a growing dermatology practice, has two positions open for a full time Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Surgical Tech. The openings will be working primarily at our Fridley clinic, Monday - Friday, 35-40 hours per week, with hours generally from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities include rooming patients, assist with procedures and anticipate the needs of physician, take pre-op vital signs, documentation, patient education, perform various telephone duties as needed, maintain equipment quality control, and comply with safety standards per CLIA policies.
Qualifications:
Must have current CMA, LPN, CST licensure.
Must have current CPR certification
Dermatology and/or surgical experience preferred.
A high level of customer service and professionalism is required.

| Medical Support Supervisor | Associated Skin Care Specialists, P.A., a growing dermatology practice, is seeking two full-time Medical Support Supervisors (RN/LPN). One position will be supervising medical support staff at our clinic in the Unity Professional Building in Fridley and the other at our Maple Grove clinic. These positions will report to and work closely with the Nurse Manager. Hours will generally be from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate staff coverage daily, personnel management of medical support staff, manage inventory, primary preceptor for new hires, promote and model professionalism, implement policies and procedures, ensure compliance with OSHA, keep the flow of the clinic running smoothly, promote teamwork through demonstrated leadership skills. The Maple Grove supervisor will also triage patient calls and perform prior authorization and refills.
Qualifications: Experience in dermatology preferred. Knowledge of CLIA compliance and regulations, management or supervisory experience, surgical and sterile procedure experience, preferably Mohs experience, ability to multi-task.
Current Minnesota RN or LPN licensure and current CPR certification required.

| Nurse Manager | Associated Skin Care Specialists, P.A. is an expanding dermatology practice that is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to provide hands-on oversight to our five clinic locations. This is a new position that will ensure quality standards are met, deficiencies are corrected, and policies and procedures are uniformly applied. The Nurse Manager will also be responsible for the departmental operation of the clinic, including management of personnel (CST/CMA/LPN), equipment and supplies, planning, implementing, directing and supervising the technical activities of the department.
The successful candidate must be a registered nurse in the state of Minnesota, current BLS or CPR certification, five years of progressive medical experience and 2 years of management experience. Successful candidates will inspire the team with their customer service and team building skills.

| Scheduler/Registration Receptionist | Associated Skin Care Specialists, P.A., a growing dermatology practice, is now hiring for a Scheduler/Registration Receptionist at our Fridley office. The hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
Primary responsibilities include scheduling appointments and pre-registration of patients. The successful candidate must possess good verbal communication and organizational skills, be detail oriented and efficiently handle a high volume of phone calls.
Knowledge of CERNER computer scheduling system preferred but will train.
Previous medical reception and insurance experience necessary.
