Medical Support Staff Eden Prairie

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and caring Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our busy dermatology practice. This position requires traveling. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 35- 40 hours a week.

Rooming patients, assisting physicians with cosmetic, medical and surgical procedures, vital signs, documentation, providing patient education, performing various telephone duties as needed, maintain equipment quality control, cleaning and sterilizing instruments, and compliance with safety standards per CLIA policies.

Graduate of an LPN program.
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.


•Prefer minimum of one year clinic Medical Assistant or LPN experience.
•Experience working with electronic medical records preferred.
•Dermatology experience preferred.

•Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
•High level of customer service and professionalism required.
•Good time management and multi-tasking skills required.
•Demonstrated problem solving ability in resolving patient needs.

•Must have current CMA or LPN licensure.
•Must have current CPR certification.

Medical Support Staff Supervisor (RN)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Ensures existing clinical services are in compliance with regulatory (OSHA/CLIA/HIPPA) and facility standards and implements new procedures as needed.
•Develops and implements effective ongoing programs to measure, assess, and improve the quality of care, treatments, and services delivered to patients.
•Works closely with department supervisors. Provides leadership and direction to team with focus on quality improvement.
•Coordinates medical staff schedules so that physicians have adequate coverage at all times.
•Identifies staff development and training needs and develops corresponding education programs.
•Effectively addresses personnel issues in order to promote a productive and healthy work environment.
•Monitors the maintenance of medical equipment and instruments as well as coordinates repairs and equipment replacements.
•Supervise Medical Support Staff Leads and Triage Department.

-Currently Licensed as an RN in the state of Minnesota
-Current BLS or CPR certification
-Minimum of 2 years of staff supervisory experience and 2 years of leadership/management experience with a health care team.
-Five (5) years of progressive medical experience
-Excellent communication skills written and verbal are essential.
-Strong project management skills, analytical aptitude and problem solving skills.
-Strong time management and organizational skills.
